Oakleigh of Macomb Senior Living opened its doors November of 2019. US Capital Development provides development and financing for a wide range of senior housing project through Oakleigh Development Group. The Oakleigh of Macomb is the Group’s first development.

Located at 49880 Hayes Road, Macomb, Michigan, Oakleigh of Macomb is situated next to Randazzo’s Fresh Market between 22 Mile Road and 23 Mile Road. In addition to the innovative programming, Oakleigh of Macomb offers distinctive design, high standards in life safety and attention to quality. The facility is comprised of 55 licensed assisted living units in varying styles of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. In addition, the facility offers two separate, fully licensed neighborhoods for memory care to support those individuals with mild to more significant dementia and cognitive impairments. The memory care area is comprised of private and shared apartment suites. Residents of Oakleigh of Macomb will enjoy gracious indoor and outdoor common spaces including a large game room with outdoor patio and double-sided fireplace, a library with computer stations available for resident use, outdoor bocce ball court, covered patios, complimentary WiFi throughout the building and much more. Services include chef-prepared meals in a distinctive dining room, housekeeping and transportation services, a professionally managed fitness center for wellness programs and therapy services, enrichment and social activities, support from a well-trained staff including licensed nurses on site. Oakleigh of Macomb offers a monthly fee structure with no large “buy-in” or long-term commitment required for move in.
