Building Consultants, LLC acts as the all-encompassing real estate facilities arm of KP Development by providing design, construction, project and facilities management services in order to deliver a one-stop-shop solution to the end user.
Building Consultants is uniquely qualified to help navigate the increasingly challenging building and construction arena. Our design, construction and project management services are tailored for each client's needs to bring a project to completion on time and budget. We also provide Build to Suit and Owners Rep. services thru our affiliate company KP Development. The management team consists the following: Terry Barnes – President, Scott Haley – Sr. Vice President, and Jerry Grunzinger – Director of Construction.
